The Centre-Val de Loire Conservatory of Natural Spaces offers a nature walk “Observing birds in the mating season” in the heart of the Prairies des Chènevières, in the town of Déols. This event will take place as part of Operation Fréquence Grenouille.

Spring has arrived, the trees are adorning themselves with their foliage and the flowers are blooming. Mating season begins for many species, especially birds. The males display their most beautiful colors and sing at the top of their lungs with their melodious songs, specific to each species. Accompanied by Gisèle, volunteer curator of the site, come and learn to recognize the plumage and song of the species present on the Prairies des Chènevières. Black Redstart, Wren or Swift Chiffchaff
also called money counter, here are some species that you will surely encounter during this morning walk around the Prairies des Chènevières, in the heart of the Ecoparc des Chènevières.
