1 course - 2 disciplines: the next course el La Lucarne will take place at the MJC: come and practice improv and contact dance, with Lucie Parguel and Céline Gayon (replacing Mélodie Joinville initially planned). Open to everyone.
The Collectif La Lucarne invites you to take part in a course (all levels) which combines 2 theater disciplines: improvisation, and contact dance by the Cie La Tarbasse): Improv workshops are focused on personal research with a composition work alone or with others by directed improvisation in the form of games and playful exercises, making contact with oneself and with the other; reclaiming one's body with kindness and humor and abandoning one's complexes and automatic locks. Introspection, confidence and letting go through his own dance movements.
