Discover this charming village house, completely renovated, in Saché. Located between the bakery and the grocery store, you will appreciate the sweetness of life in the village so dear to Balzac and Alexander Calder. It is accessed by a small private passage, which reinforces a feeling of calm and serenity.
This cottage totals 75 m2, consisting of 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5), 1 dressing room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room with fireplace, a mezzanine lounge and two separate toilets. The non-adjoining garden allows you to relax with its lounge and picnic areas (barbecue) and to play (swing and wicker hut). A closed space allows you to store bikes.
