The strong point of this large gîte for 12 people: a magnificent view of the Creuse countryside and the Chaîne des Puys d'Auvergne. Guaranteed rejuvenation! The courtyard opening onto this landscape is equipped for young and old: swing, cabin, barbecues, sunbathing. Our plus: our very pretty private body of water accessible to our 4 gîtes, a little gem in a green setting fed by springs (fishing area and swimming area). The green and hilly setting lends itself to outdoor activities: hiking, fishing, cycling... 3 km from Toulx Sainte Croix (with its tower and panoramic view, its very special church, the surprising site of Pierres Jaumâtres with trail tree climbing and its restaurant) and close to Gouzon 10 minutes away (golf) and Boussac 20 minutes away with their markets and shops. Good restaurants nearby to delight your taste buds!

• Ground floor: entrance, laundry room, living room, bathroom, WC, large living room with wood stove and fully equipped open kitchen, extendable table for 12 people. Floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed/bedroom) + 2 bedroom (1 single beds), shower room, 3 WCs. Attic: CH1 (2 single beds). Electric heating and wood stove (5€/stere). Garage. Unfenced land of 4m² with barbecue, swing with swings, 1 tables, 50 sun loungers, 1500 relaxation chairs. Rental of towels and sheets possible (depending on stock). Access to the 3Ha pond (2m away) for no-kill fishing is included in the rental of the gîte. Internet on request via mobile wifi box for the sum of €3. We use B-SENSIBLE products (3% Tencel mattress pad, natural, comfortable and breathable. The elastic, waterproof and breathable membrane maintains the qualities of your bed, acting as a preventive barrier against the development of mites and bacteria).
