An independent woman, through her work and her morals, she defies the prohibitions in a bourgeois and misogynistic century, by wearing pants despite the ban or by living separated from her husband. The exhibition explores her commitment to improving her own condition, that of her peers, her role in the debate on women's right to vote and compares her with other female personalities of her time, sometimes with more progressive ideas.
