The MJCS adheres without reservation to the values of popular education: cooperation, solidarity, secularism and cultural openness, by participating in a social project aimed at the emancipation of the individual, by promoting citizenship to allow everyone to be an actor responsible within society, by promoting its initiatives.
Democracy is lived on a daily basis, the MJCS's mission is to run places of experimentation and social innovation that meet the expectations of residents. Such actions and services encourage initiative, taking responsibility and civic practice.
