You can also embark in the morning for the changing of the nets and a visit to our processing workshop and our smoking room accompanied by a tasting of rillettes and local wines (duration 3 hours).
Finally, enjoy a commented Loire walk where you can taste, on the water, a tasty picnic basket prepared by our chef Ambroise VOREUX (duration 3 hours).
