Open to external customers of the Loire Valley Lodges hotel, the ephemeral restaurant Asperatus welcomes you for your lunches and dinners from Saturday to Wednesday (by reservation only). From April to September, itinerant chefs in temporary residence take turns in the kitchen. They are freely inspired by a unique environment, drawing in particular from the one-hectare permaculture vegetable garden.
In the middle of a forest, you are invited to an immersive, primitive cuisine, made by fire. Embers, fire, cooking are the DNA of Asperatus.
