In the heart of a small village on the banks of the Indre, Cormery, an invitation to travel awaits you. The owners, Franco-Chilean, passionate about art and literature, will give you a warm welcome and share with you the art of living of our Touraine. You can go on foot to discover Juan-Carlos' sculpture and painting workshop while strolling through the streets of the village built around the abbey. In the middle of the Middle Ages, the latter was one of the most powerful abbeys in Tours. The big names of the Loire Valley will be very easily accessible: Chenonceau, Amboise, Loches, Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, the Beauval Zoo, the historic center of Tours but also, a little further, Chambord, Blois or Chaumont- sur-Loire. Also come and enjoy the “Indre à Vélo” which will take you to gentle and preserved landscapes, a real treat! For breakfast, a surprise awaits you… but we won’t tell you any more!
