The Indre and the Indrois meander here in the hollow of two lush valleys, generously watering the Touraine countryside. The forest plays the role of a link here and accompanies them to Azay-sur-Indre where the two rivers finally marry. At the bend of a meander, you will discover the unique spectacle offered by Chédigny, that of a village-garden where more than 800 rosebushes have taken over the sidewalks. The only village labeled “Remarkable Garden” by the Ministry of Culture, Chédigny will bewitch you with the scent of its thousands of flowers…
